Watch the PBS Preview for 'Unforgotten' Season 3

Popular crime drama Unforgotten is returning to PBS Masterpiece in April, and we’ve got our first official look (well, here in the U.S. anyway) at the new season!

The series stars Last Tango in Halifax’s Nicola Walker as DCI Cassie Stuart and Sanjeev Bhaskar as her partner in crime-solving, DS Sunny Khan.

The duo takes on emotionally charged cold cases involving frequently grisly murders and disappearances, and each season follows the slow unraveling of a crime from the past. Season 3 sounds as though it will be more of the same. (And that’s definitely not a bad thing.)

The first two seasons of Unforgotten came to PBS in 2018 and aired in back-to-back installments. (It first aired in 2015 on ITV.) The drama was a surprise hit for Masterpiece, who also scooped up the rights to its third season, which aired in the U.K. in 2018. Which, you know, is great news for its many new fans that are eager for more.
